We are requiring an experienced Site Manager for a leading contractor based in Co Down
The company are a reputable, leading contractor, working with a multitude of clients in different sectors including; retail, commercial, new build, industrial, agricultural and healthcare, as well as having their own team of joiners, providing bespoke joinery to suit each clients individual requirements.
You will be responsible for day-to-day operations ranging from organising labour and materials, managing subcontractors and carrying out inspections as well as keeping records up-to-date and liaising with the sales department etc. Your main priority as expected will be delivering the highest quality projects on time and to budget, so you should therefore be committed to the highest standards with outstanding managerial and organisation skills to keep the site running smoothly.
The role would be suited to a Site Manager with at least 5 years or more experience in construction and have a good understanding of all Health & Safety legislation & the workings of Building & Planning Regulations.
Site Manager Position Requirements
- Demonstrable knowledge of building construction
- Sound knowledge of Health, Safety and Welfare facilities
- Articulate, numerate, literate and able to read drawings
- Minimum 5 years site management experience
